Brief Summary of Report:
Amazon.com Inc. has been compared with the other main competitors to present its risk profile, capital structure and payout policy.
In payout policy analysis, different from the competitors, Amazon paid any dividend throughout its whole operation years. Because the management emphasize more on fast-growing goals. On the other hand, despite the 0% dividend yield, the investors are still interesting to buy shares from Amazon because of its rapid success rate and the affordable rate of value per share. For recommendation, there is any comment for its dividend policy. However, they should starting to focus on providing dividend payments since from the investors point of view, almost all of the reasons for investment is to earn regular passive income. Therefore, it might drive down the investor dissatisfaction.
