Project Overviews:
The project emphasize on management response to a business ethics challenge and a management response to a cross-cultural management challenge. Critical evaluation of the effect of national culture on corporate culture and on the experience of the manager and those who they manage. And, it also ask to consider the ethical demands of different global contexts and equip with the tools that need to respond effectively to these challenges.

- Critically evaluate and use appropriate tools and mechanisms to manage cross cultural management
- Critically review and apply cognitive tools to manage the challenge of international work teams and projects
- Effectively communicate practical experiences and theoretical knowledge
Brief Summary of Report:
- A new community engagement team including Spanish, British and Japanese of a Spanish energy company who accepted a new onshore project in UK have been faced cross-cultural management challenges. Because of Japanese have their unique managerial decision process, the extra time and energy taking for decision-making lead to arise problems within team members. In report, the identification of related cultural attributes and analysis of challenges associated with rational decision making which originates problems is discussed.
- Volkswagen group which is a Germany automotive giant is facing an ethical problem concerned with diesel emission scandal. The majority of leading negative reputation was losing brand trust because of the lack of transparency with the false by management. In report, the outline of the problem is discussed in detail and the Utilitarianism theory is used to offer recommendations based on its outcomes.
